Last November, I set out to build my own farm-fresh egg business from the ground up. I designed and built my chicken coop using lumber milled from trees right here on our ranch, with help from my dad and some wonderful neighbors.

After months of raising my flock, my hens are finally laying!

These aren't just "pasture-raised" eggs. My hens roam freely through our orchard, with over 1,800 square feet of outdoor space per bird, where they naturally forage on grasses, bugs, and seasonal fruit and nuts that fall from the trees. This diverse, natural diet. combined with a corn-free and soy-free, non-GMO feed. produces exceptionally flavorful, nutrient-rich eggs.

After seeing a well-known egg brand's "premium" eggs turn out to be raised on lower-quality feed, I wanted to offer something different: complete transparency and food you can actually trust, raised right here on our ranch.
